I purchased a top-up, the payment has been confirmed but I do not see the top-up added in my account, what should I do?
When you purchase a top-up, you automatically receive a payment confirmation by email.
If you did not receive a payment confirmation by email, it means that your top-up purchase did not go through.
If the top-up you purchased is not yet visible after 5 minutes on your account while you received the payment confirmation by email, please fill in the form below and enclose the payment confirmation to ask our Customer Support to check what happened and resolve the situation.
